Creating a clean and visually engaging layout for an e-commerce store was a key challenge, since we had to align with the client’s preference for a modern look with the need for an intuitive shopping experience. The design should showcase high-quality product imagery, maintain a clutter-free interface, and guide users smoothly from browsing to checkout. Whether the potential clients are new or have experience with e-commerce stores before, it should be easy for them to navigate to the information they need from every device.
Our web design team collaborated closely with our digital marketing experts with data-driven strategies to optimize the website's performance, ensuring it effectively reached and engaged the target audience.
We kicked off the project by reviewing the company’s brand guide and researching modern e-commerce trends. Our focus began with the homepage, designed to captivate visitors with bold visuals and product highlights. The hero section immediately grabs attention with high-quality visuals and a strong call-to-action, setting the site’s focus on premium fishing lures. The grid layout is used for product-related sections across the homepage to keep things visually balanced and easy to scan. Navigation is simple and intuitive, making it easy for users to explore products and learn about the company without hassle. The homepage set the tone for the rest of the site, and we continued to create the other pages based on this approach.
The eCommerce store feature was built using WiX eCommerce, which allows us to customize the design choices, manage the products easily, and ensure secure checkout for users.
Responsive design was another key focus. We optimized carefully the layout for both large and smaller screens, aiming to provide a smooth shopping experience on every device for all visitors. The final product has been a success: the site has been running smoothly and helping anglers find the products and retail opportunities they need from Redemption Lures.
