Antsy is a forward-thinking service marketplace dedicated to connecting skilled helpers with discerning buyers. With a focus on transparency, efficiency, and user empowerment, the platform revolutionizes how professional services are discovered, negotiated, and delivered—ensuring that both parties benefit from a fair, performance-driven ecosystem.
When our client envisioned a comprehensive service marketplace, they needed a robust digital platform that could seamlessly connect skilled helpers with buyers seeking professional assistance—all within one integrated ecosystem. Our mission was to build a dynamic, interactive website using Wix Velo that not only facilitated helper profile creation and approval but also enabled visitors to effortlessly browse, chat, and transact with their chosen professionals. The platform incorporates individual order pages, a rating system, and end-to-end transaction management to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both parties. Moreover, the platform needed to support a buyer request system where visitors can post custom service requests and interact directly with helpers who apply.
The service marketplace landscape is fiercely competitive and multifaceted. Our client’s challenge was to develop a platform that could: Empower Helpers: Allow qualified helpers to create detailed profiles, get approved, and ultimately level up by completing orders—unlocking better rates and premium status. Engage Buyers: Provide visitors with intuitive filters and search functionalities to discover the right helper, initiate live chats, and place orders securely and manage those orders in orders pages and able to rate them at the end. Also the ability to make disputes about any order if needed. Streamline Communication & Transactions: Integrate real-time chat, order placement, payment processing, and order management (including revisions, delivery confirmations, ratings, and dispute resolution). Efficient Administration: Develop robust admin pages to oversee profiles, orders, subscriptions, and payment distributions while ensuring that helpers receive 90% of the earnings, with incentives for upgrades and subscriptions.
Our Approach: Intersection of Design, Functionality, and StrategyOur integrated solution was built on Wix Velo, which allowed us to combine powerful custom code with a visually appealing and responsive interface. Working collaboratively with the client, our multidisciplinary team focused on:User Experience: Designing a seamless onboarding process for helpers and a user-friendly journey for buyers—from profile browsing and chat initiation to order placement and completion. Real-Time Interaction: Building an in-site chat system that enabled immediate, secure communication, ensuring that both parties could negotiate and confirm details in real time.Dynamic Order Management: Creating dedicated dynamic pages for each order, where helpers could deliver work, request revisions, and manage ratings and disputes—keeping the transaction process transparent and efficient. Scalable Administration: Developing comprehensive admin dashboards that provided real-time insights, automated notifications, and detailed daily reports for efficient operational management.
